ClearPlan (clearplan.store) is an independent Australian document preparation and analysis service. We are not affiliated with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or any government body. ABN registration is in progress.
We collect the minimum information necessary to provide our service:
Documents you upload: Your NDIS plan PDF and optionally your transaction history CSV from the myplace portal. These documents may contain sensitive information about disability, health, and finances.
Your email address: Used solely to deliver your analysis report. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent.
Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details โ Stripe handles all payment processing directly.
Technical information: Basic server logs including IP addresses and request timestamps for security and troubleshooting. These are not linked to your personal information.
Your documents are used solely to generate your NDIS plan analysis report using automated AI technology. Your email address is used to deliver your report and, if you consent, to notify you of plan updates. We do not use your information for any other purpose.
We disclose that our analysis is performed using automated AI technology (Anthropic Claude) in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Act Amendment (Enhancing Online Privacy and Other Measures) Act 2021.
NDIS plan documents contain sensitive information about disability and health within the meaning of the Australian Privacy Act 1988. We treat all uploaded documents as sensitive information under Australian Privacy Principle 3 and collect this information only with your implied consent when you choose to upload it for the purpose of receiving our analysis service.
All uploaded documents are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 encryption. Documents are stored temporarily on secure servers operated by Supabase during the analysis period only.
All documents are permanently and automatically deleted within 24 hours of your report being generated. We do not retain copies of your NDIS plan or transaction data after deletion. A deletion confirmation is included in your report.
We share your information only with the following third-party services necessary to operate ClearPlan. We do not sell your information to any third party under any circumstances.
Anthropic: Your document content is processed by Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. Anthropic operates under a strict data processing agreement. See anthropic.com/privacy.
Supabase: Secure database and file storage. Operated in compliance with ISO 27001 and SOC 2. See supabase.com/privacy.
Stripe: Payment processing. PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We never see your card details. See stripe.com/privacy.
Resend: Email delivery service. See resend.com/privacy.
We handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and all 13 Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). You have the following rights under the APPs:
Access: You may request access to the personal information we hold about you at any time.
Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal information at any time. Given that documents are automatically deleted within 24 hours, the primary personal information we hold after that point is your email address and a non-identifiable record of your transaction.

We are subject to the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act. If a data breach occurs that is likely to result in serious harm to any individual whose data is affected, we will notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner and the affected individuals as required by law.
Your data may be processed by our third-party service providers in countries outside Australia, including the United States. We take reasonable steps to ensure these parties handle your information in accordance with Australian privacy standards before any disclosure.
ClearPlan uses automated AI technology (Anthropic Claude) to analyse your NDIS plan documents and generate your report. This is automated processing โ a human does not review your documents or your report before it is delivered to you. You should review the findings in your report and seek independent professional advice before taking action based on them.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new date. Your continued use of ClearPlan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
